Nutridigm API Support Notes - for Developers

  • Full documentation for all features is provided at the API URL. Please read before usage.
  • To access the API from within your code, please use this URL: https://5jocnrfkfb.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/PersonalRemedies/nutridigm/api/v2
  • For most features, the API requires healthConditionID (i.e., health condition), foodItemID (an item can be food, nutrient, alternative therapy, etc.), and/or foodGroupID.

healthConditionID:

  • For healthConditionID, you should use the number(s) provided to you based on the API Plan you signed up for, and the condition(s) you selected at that time. You will find that info in the confirmation email that you received when you signed up for a plan.
  • For a complete list of all healthConditionIDs, please use the healthcondition feature.
  • We add new conditions to this list on on-going basis. In rare occasions we might remove a condition.
  • If you feel that we should add a new condition to this list, please send us an email with your suggestion.

foodItemID:

  • For the complete list of foodItemIDs, use the fooditems feature.
  • We frequently update this list. We add new items much more frequently than we remove an existing item. The latest updates will always be reflected in fooditems feature.
  • If you feel that we should add a new item to this list, please send us an email with your suggestion.

foodGroupID:

  • For the complete list of valid Food Groups and their descriptions, use the foodgroups feature.
  • There are two types of Food Group entries, coarseFoodGroup and fineFoodGroup. Make sure you use the appropriate one as they vary based on the specific feature.
  • Caching of the list of Food Groups is permitted.

General Notes:

  • Caching our data is NOT allowed without prior authorization from Personal Remedies.
  • Should you need to present our data in a different language, please contact us so that we can work together to accommodate your needs. In some cases we may already have our data in your target language.
  • Any suggestion on how we can make our API more useful to you are welcome.
  • You may wish to book mark this page for your convenience and future reference.
  • By using the Nutridigm API you agree to the following terms and conditions described here.
