elcome to the Nutridigm API subscriber portal. You can use this portal to:

      • select a subscription plan,
      • renew your current plan for another period
      • upgrade from your current plan to a new plan,
      • select an additional health condition within your current plan, or
      • cancel your current plan.

Please read the Important Notes presented below for further details on the transactions mentioned above.

To access your account, you will need the Subscription ID that was emailed to you at the time you signed up for an account.  If you cannot locate the email or find your Subscription ID, you can request for the Subscription ID to be resent to your email address in your account (use the link below).

  Important Notes

  • You will find a description of various plans here.

  • For your protection, we do NOT maintain any data about your payment method or credit card.
  • We do NOT automatically renew your subscription, but we will remind you via email as you approach the expiration date of your current plan.
  • Since we do not keep any information about your payment method, we do NOT issue any refunds for any transactions. We recommend that you sign up for a free trial before selecting any paid subscription plan.
  • All paid subscription plans require payment for three months in advance.
  • When you renew your current plan, the expiration date of your plan will be extended by three months, and you will be required to pay for three months. You can select "Renew current plan" even when expiration date is months away, in order to avoid quarterly renewals. You may not renew a free trial but you can always contact us to seek an exception!
  • If you select an additional health condition for your existing plan, you will be charged for minimum of one month or up to your current plan’s expiration date. Partial months are treated as a full month. Example, if your current plan expires on Oct. 31st and you add an additional health condition on September 15, your payment will be for two months
  • If you upgrade to a new plan, you will be charged for three months of the new plan. When you upgrade your plan, you can change or re-select health conditions.
  • If you are on a paid subscription plan and need to change the health conditions that you previously selected, you must first cancel your current plan, and then sign up for a new plan where you can make a new selection of health conditions.
